As current director to the board of a non-profit financial cooperative and board member for a higher education provider, Lin holds over 15 years’ experience specialising in strategic/project/programme/portfolio/operational/continuous improvement/organisational development/HRM, contract management and consultancy for the commercial and third sector.

Alongside her ability and desire to effect change through effective leadership and management, Lin possesses a high level of key business functions proficiency inclusive of risk management, quality management, financial management, income generation, and monitoring and evaluation, a by- product of her experience supporting the growth and development of people, projects and organisations.

As an MBA alumni & PRINCE2 qualified senior management professional Lin has a keen interest in working to support individuals and communities to thrive and regards the advisory role as ‘pivotal to furthering Community Links aims through its progressive work in tackling social exclusion for East London communities.’
