Paul McDermott, Outstanding Employment Advisor

Congratulations to Paul McDermott, from the Employment and Training Links team who was chosen as one of two highly commended finalists in the European Social Fund London awards for outstanding employment advisors. Paul, who until recently worked on the Family Links project and is now running the Families Programme, explained what a difference his work makes to him and to the families he works with, having overcome many barriers earlier in life.
