Young people - support getting a job
We help young people aged 14-19 with advice and support with education, training or a job.
We've listed a lot of our programmes below, but If you're not quite sure where to start, contact Bukky Oladimeji or Angie Jaspar to have a chat. You can phone 0207 473 2270 and ask to be put through. Future Links
Our Future Links course is designed specially for young people not in employment, education or training. It's been running for almost 2 years now and almost everyone has either found a job, started training, or gone to college.
It’s ten weeks long and completely free, everyone who attends gets £50 worth of shopping vouchers. For a great introduction watch the video on the right, and contact Chaz Hullen (0207 473 6807) for more information.

The Families Programme
The Families Programme is a free service to help you and your family create a better future for yourselves. We will help you and your family to access opportunities including:
• Your own dedicated Family Advisor
• Finding a job that’s right for you
• Debt advice and support
• Help to resolve a range of housing issues
• Health & well-being support
• Access to training to help you gain new skills and qualifications
• Support with childcare

Urban Futures
Urban Futures is a youth project designed to engage, motivate and enable young people aged 14-19 to stay in education, employment or training. It consists of tailored activities, mentoring support, skills training, financial and social incentives, and health, fitness and outdoor activities.
Participants are referred on to the project by organisations working with young people at risk of dropping out of education. Tower Hamlets
In Tower Hamlets, we run two courses for young people not in Education, Employment or Training. The first is a 4-week introductory course. The second is up to 20 weeks of intensive one-on-one support, with the aim of getting everyone into a job or work placement. For more information on either contact Bex White.
