As you can see from this website we deliver a wide range of services in our local community as well as engaging in development, research and publications work. Our work force is diverse. We operate from a head office in Canning Town and community based hubs – all with excellent public transport links. In addition, we provide: up to 29 days annual leave for permanent or fixed-term staff; eight days public holidays; a workplace pension scheme with employer contributions of up to 3%; dependants and compassionate paid leave; enhanced maternity pay for permanent / fixed-term staff. We are committed to effective staff communication and involvement; and encouraging all employees to reach their full potential.
