An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join a newly created senior management team to manage and help develop our children’s work. The successful applicant will ensure the provision of inclusive, quality services for 2-11 year olds across early years, open access play and after school care schemes.
The position is subject to an enhanced CRB check.

Volunteer Co-ordinator, Community Links Advice Team
Responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, retaining, supporting and co-ordinating the Advice Team’s administrative, paralegal and legal volunteers from the community, Community Link’s advice courses, business supporters and external sources.

Qualified Play Workers, Children’s Team
Qualified play workers needed to help provide safe and fun activities in both open access play services and care schemes. Enthusiasm and commitment essential!
Deputies – NVQ 3 or equivalent (£8.50 p/h)
To work closely with project co-ordinators to organise a wide range of quality, play based activities.
Play Workers – NVQ 2 or equivalent (£8.00 p/h),
To work as part of a team to provide a variety of play opportunities.
Emergency Cover Staff – NVQ 3 & 2 or equivalent (£8.50 p/h and £8.00 p/h respectively)
To work occasional days to cover staff absences.
